We maintain approximately 400 Devgad Alphonso trees. The estate also cultivates 30 Keshar trees and 20 Ratna trees.

Featuring Vengurla Varieties in Blocks 4 and 7. There are around 5,000 trees under cultivation.

The estate holds over 1,000 areca nut trees, with further expansion planned.

We have grown around 80 Coconut trees, alongside Banana, Kokum, various vegetables, and cereals like rice.

The Offer: Fantastic Mangoes offers landowners an optional produce buy-back arrangement.
Guaranteed Returns: We commit to procuring the entire annual mango harvest at prevailing farm-gate market rates, which currently average between ₹500-₹700 per dozen for premium varieties.
Fair Pricing: This ensures landowners benefit from guaranteed offtake and transparent pricing, eliminating reliance on volatile local mandi prices and unpredictable trader offers.
Logistical Support: This model allows owners to leverage the logistical and aggregation capabilities of Fantastic Mangoes for proper handling, packaging, and market access.
Absolute Flexibility: The buy-back is optional and executed on a mutually agreed price confirmation, ensuring no forced procurement. Landowners may choose to sell part or all of their produce independently if they prefer.
